Fabrication sequence

From raw stock to finished edge

01

Raw stock preparation

Metal stock is selected, measured, and prepared for the cutting stage so each run starts from a consistent blank.

02

Cutting and forming

Blanks are cut and formed into knife blades, shearing edges, and forged hand tool shapes according to the run specification.

03

Edge grinding and assembly

Cutting edges are ground and components are assembled, with dimensional checks made through each batch.

Workbench and controls

Direct oversight across every batch

Production runs are overseen directly at the metalworking workbench, where forming, grinding, and assembly are checked against the run specification. This hands-on oversight is how we keep dimensions consistent from one batch to the next.

Dedicated runs are set up for cutlery blades, shearing edges, and forged hand tools, so each product line is handled on its own terms.
